Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and LuxuryNotes ("we", "us", or "our"), operator of the website luxurynotes.lk. They are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, including the Consumer Affairs Authority Act, No. 9 of 2003 and the Electronic Transactions Act, No. 19 of 2006. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We sell authentic designer and niche fragrances, including hand-decanted samples and full bottles. We source from genuine bottles and never sell clones or imitations. Decants are poured into clean atomisers and are not sold in original manufacturer packaging.

Product images, descriptions, and colours are provided for guidance and may differ slightly from the item you receive due to lighting, screen settings, or batch variation by the manufacturer.

• All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Orders are typically placed and confirmed via WhatsApp. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline.
• We confirm your order once stock and delivery details are verified. A contract is formed only on our confirmation.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order affected by an obvious error, with a full refund of any amount paid.

We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of your order (for example, bank transfer or cash on delivery, where available). Your order may be processed only once payment is received or confirmed, according to the method you choose.

We deliver across Sri Lanka. Delivery times and fees are communicated at the time of order and may vary by location. Free delivery may apply above a threshold shown at checkout. While we make every effort to deliver on time, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Your rights as a consumer are protected under the Consumer Affairs Authority Act, No. 9 of 2003.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
• Refunds, where due, are processed to your original payment method or by bank transfer within a reasonable period after we receive and verify the returned item.

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data;
• Copy, resell, or misuse our content, images, or product descriptions without permission; or
• Interfere with the security or proper working of the website.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by LuxuryNotes or its licensors and is protected under Sri Lankan intellectual property law. Brand names and trademarks shown belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.

To the fullest extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, LuxuryNotes is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products. Fragrances may cause allergic reactions in some individuals; please review ingredients and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue amicably.
